What is Cathe Live?
Cathe Live is a weekly exercise class that is broadcast from Cathe's Gym located in Glassboro, NJ.

The classes vary in style, length, and intensity each week but are always unrehearsed and unedited with real people just like you.

All of the participants in each Cathe Live class are gym members of our club or people visiting our facility.  
Why Cathe Live Downloads
For most people, the best way to enjoy Cathe Live is through our Cathe Live or OnDemand streaming service where you not only have access to our "Cathe Live" live broadcasts, but also all of our archived Cathe Live videos.

Still, there some people who live in areas where a good internet connection is not possible or they travel or want to work out in a gym that doesn't have good wifi. This is where Cathe Live Downloads become a good option.
How Big Are the Cathe LIve Video Files?
A big advantage of our streaming service is you don't have store any video files on your computer. This is not the case with Cathe Live Downloads.

You will need to make sure your computer or external storage device can store and download the Cathe Live video files you download.

Though the size of each download will vary, you can plan on most files being between 1 and 2 gigabytes (GB) in size.

It’s never too late to improve your aerobic capacity. Even if you have been sedentary most of your life, you can improve your fitness level and the health of your heart through regular aerobic training. That’s good news, isn’t it? But, don’t forget, you still need strength training to help offset the gradual loss of muscle tissue that happens with age. So, make sure you’re working up a sweat regularly!

People come in all shapes and sizes – from tall and slender to short and stocky. You can’t select at birth the shape you’re genetically programmed to develop or parameters like your height, but you can reshape your body through resistance training and dietary changes. Plus, you can enjoy the health benefits having a stronger, leaner body offers.

There are so many reasons to stay active and physically fit! Doing so enhances the ability to enjoy life because you’re more functional.
